Who we are
In The Father’s Heart Ekklesia is the data controller for this website. Reach us at itfhekklesia@gmail.com or on +44 7392 729446.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form. Contact enquiries collect your name, email, an optional phone number, a topic and your message. Prayer requests collect your name, email, the request itself, and whether you want it kept private. The newsletter form collects your first name and email.
Why we hold it
To reply to you, to pray for you if you asked, and to send teaching if you asked. Newsletter sign-ups rest on your consent, withdrawable at any time using the unsubscribe link. Replies to enquiries rest on our legitimate interest in answering people who write to us.
Prayer requests specifically
A request marked private is seen only by those who pray. It is not read out, published, or shared with anyone else, and it is deleted once it has been prayed through unless you ask us to keep praying.
Who else sees it
Newsletter subscriptions are held by our email provider. Form submissions pass through our form provider and arrive in our inbox. Neither is used for advertising. We do not sell or share your details.
Cookies and embedded video
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Videos are embedded through youtube-nocookie.com and load only when you press play; from that point YouTube’s own privacy terms apply.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to itfhekklesia@gmail.com. If you are in the UK and unhappy with our response you may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
